Vanessa Munoz - Psychologist

Vanessa Munoz - Psychologist

Vanessa is a Registered Psychologist with training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has a strong interest in working with children aged 7+, adolescents, and adults up to 65 years of age.

 

Vanessa specialises in helping individuals navigate a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, phobias, perinatal mental health, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and eating disorders.

 

In addition to her therapeutic work, Vanessa is trained in conducting psychological assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, specific learning disorders, adaptive functioning, and cognitive functioning. She takes a neuroaffirming approach to her practice, ensuring a compassionate, inclusive, and non-judgemental environment for all clients.

 

Vanessa is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can feel heard and respected while working collaboratively towards their mental health and well-being.
