Jade Purchase - Psychologist

Jade is a registered psychologist who is currently completing her clinical registrar program at United Minds.

Jade is a compassionate, authentic, and deeply caring clinician who respects the importance of having a safe, secure, and non-judgemental space for individuals to be able to start their journey towards healing and change. Jade is highly passionate about supporting clients to navigate deeper issues to help them live a life that is meaningful to them.

Jade works with individuals from 16 and above, and has a particular interest in trauma/complex trauma presentations and neurodivergence. She strives to provide a warm, safe, genuine, and collaborative therapy space, and practises using trauma-informed and neuro-affirming approaches to support all individuals to achieve their therapy goals. Jade individualises therapy for each client based on their needs, preferences, and goals. She generally uses an eclectic therapy styles, incorporating modalities such as schema therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and sensorimotor psychotherapy.

Outside of United Minds, Jade enjoys spending time with friends and family. She particularly loves spending time with her furbaby, Clouds. Jade also enjoys weekends away, cooking, and reading.
