Isabella Bedford-Dyer - Senior Psychologist

Isabella is a passionate and neuroaffirming psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults, helping individuals understand their minds and thrive in their own unique way. She is LGBTQIA+ inclusive and identifies as AuDHD, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to her practice.

She provides therapy using trauma-informed, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and play-based approaches. Isabella also conducts comprehensive assessments, including cognitive, educational, giftedness, autism and ADHD. 

As a Board Approved Supervisor, Isabella is dedicated to mentoring early-career psychologists, supporting their growth in neuroaffirming and evidence-based practice. She is passionate about empowering individuals to embrace their strengths and be their best selves.

 

Fun fact: In her free time, Isabella enjoys hanging out with her ragdoll cats, building Lego, and watching anime. Don’t be surprised if her hair colour changes or she adds another tattoo!

    Isabella does not work with male adults over the age of 35.
