Chanelle Flannery - Psychologist

Chanelle has a passion for working with adolescent and adult clients and helping them live a more fulfilling life. She has a specific interest in working with (but not limited to) anxiety and depression, stress-related issues, life transitions, self-esteem, grief and loss, body image, and perinatal mental health.

Chanelle tailors evidence-based interventions according to the unique needs and therapeutic goals of each client - offering an empathetic, warm, and person-centred approach to therapy. She focuses on creating a safe and collaborative space for her clients. Chanelle draws from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Outside of work Chanelle enjoy spending time with family, being outside in nature and anywhere she can spend time with animals.

    Currently accepting referrals for ages 16+

    Chanelle is unable to work with forensic referrals or severe psychosis
