Unfortunately, United Minds Community Services do not have the resources available to provide crisis support.  If you or someone you know needs crisis support or support out of session, please use the following resource to access the right support.

If you need immediate help or your life is in danger call 000.

If suitable, it is recommended you seek advice and support from your regular family GP.  Or, if possible, support from family and friends.
